Cash America Pawn is hiring for a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate. The position offers $15.00 to $18.00 per hour plus an achievable commission structure that pays on every transaction.

Eligible employees can earn up to 8% commission, potentially adding about $1.28 extra per hour on top of the base pay. Qualifications

• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Willing to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.
• May assist customers outside the building in parking lots.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to build rapport and offer financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures.
• Keep sales floor clean and merchandise stocked.
• Process sales and loan transactions per policies.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per policies.
• Answer incoming calls to company standards.
• Explain legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers.
• Complete assigned training and other duties as needed.
