Job summary

In-N-Out Burgers, Inc. in Lathrop, CA is hiring a full-time Patty Room Technician for the meat processing department. The role requires working in temperatures as low as 34°F and performing stack, pack, crate prep, inspection, and equipment clean-up on a rotating schedule.

Hours are 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with overtime as needed, five days per week, weekend/holiday availability, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k)/profit sharing, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a meat facility, food processing plant, or similar warehouse.
• Experience with food line work; repetitive line work.

Responsibilities

• Stack and pack meat patties at end of patty line.
• Prepping meat patty crates, packing patties into crates, labeling and stacking crates.
• Final inspection of all products before shipping.
• Assist in disassembling equipment after production ends.
• Assist in other meat department positions when necessary.
