Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare administration education is a plus.
• Proven customer service experience; healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficient in office software and scheduling systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries in person and by phone.
• Collect and verify patient information and insurance details.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Maintain front office and patient records; keep area neat and organized.
• Assist with front office tasks during downtime (phone, scans, payments, filing, faxing).
• Liaise between patients, clinical staff, and other departments.
• Ensure reception area is clean and organized; manage inventory and supplies.
