Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of patient care experience or enrollment in healthcare program.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine patient care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Document and communicate patient needs per unit policy.
• Assist with vital signs, transfers, and basic nursing procedures.
• Maintain patient safety and teamwork with nursing staff.
