Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently excellent care and service to patients.
• Interviews patients/guarantors to collect demographic and financial information.
• Verify insurance benefits, eligibility, and authorizations; coordinate with departments.
• Arrange payment plans and schedule multiple appointments; coordinate with PCMH and ancillary services.
• Proficient use of hospital software to complete tasks and document interactions.
