Responsibilities

• Interviews patient and/or guarantor to obtain complete and accurate demographic/financial information.
• Screens Self-Pay and underinsured patients to determine financial needs.
• Arranges Payment Plans with patients.
• Requests deposits for upcoming surgeries and/or procedures.
• Verifies Medicare/insurance eligibility and necessary authorizations.
