New Oakland Family Centers is seeking an Associate Partial Hospital Therapist in Flint, MI to deliver a range of clinical services within the FACE to FACE Partial Hospital Program. The role involves individual, family, and group therapy, assessments, and coordination of care in a multidisciplinary setting.

You will work under the supervision of the Clinical Director and must progress toward full licensure while staying current with professional training requirements.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or psychology.
• Active Michigan clinical licensure in the indicated scope.
• Professional liability insurance: $1,000,000 per occurrence / $3,000,000 aggregate.

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care with assessments, intakes, individual, family, and group therapy.
• Follow PHP tiered group model to support daily group facilitation.
• Develop and complete treatment plans and clinical notes.
• Discharge planning and coordinated care for seamless transitions.
