New Oakland Family Centers seeks a full-time FACE to FACE Partial Hospital Therapist to deliver a range of clinical services in an acute care setting. You will provide individual, family, and group therapy, complete assessments, and contribute to treatment planning within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or psychology.
• Active current clinical licensure in Michigan (LLC/LLMSW/TLLP/LLP) and continued good standing.
• Maintain professional liability insurance coverage up to $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 aggregate.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Complete assessments and treatment planning.
• Coordinate discharge planning and ensure continuity of care.
• Follow PHP group model to support daily group facilitation.
• Maintain professional boundaries and engage in team meetings.
