Job summary

Jovie is seeking caring individuals to join our on-call nanny team in the Culver City area. You will care for children in-home, with a flexible schedule that can adapt to school and family commitments.

This is an on-call, part-time opportunity designed for those who want to work around other roles or school time. Pay ranges from $20 to $22.25 per hour, with paid training, a nanny kit, and opportunities to advance within the childcare field.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience working with children, paid or unpaid, infant experience mandatory.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various homes.

Responsibilities

• Care for children in-home, but you will not be required to transport children.
• No household duties other than common sense clean-up of your activities or meals with the child.
• Support families who need care for children ranging from infants through toddlers. Highest demand for care for children under the age of 2!
• Engage children by providing safety and leading hands-on activities based on your observations of the children's age-appropriate development.

As a Back-up Nanny, You Will

• Care for children in-home, but you will not be required to transport children
• No household duties other than common sense clean-up of your activities or meals with the child

We Provide

• Pay: $20 per hour - $22.25 per hour per hour

About You

• At least 18 years old
• Experience working with children, paid or unpaid, infant experience mandatory
• Reliable transportation
• Your willingness and ability to travel to various homes throughout the area
• You are available any 3 or more weekdays for 6 - 8 hour shifts between 7 am and 7 pm
• Commitment to be communicative and responsive to the staffing supervisor and a bright smile to greet each family!
