$18–$22/hour | Full-Time or Part-Time | Dallas-Fort Worth
Star Harbor Care is a specialty backup childcare team serving working families across Dallas-Fort Worth. When a nanny is unavailable, school closes unexpectedly, or a child needs to stay home, our caregivers step in to provide dependable, high-quality care right in the family's home.
We are growing our caregiver team and are currently looking for both full-time and part-time caregivers.
At Star Harbor Care, you are not simply sent to a family and left on your own. You become part of a close-knit caregiver team that communicates, shares what we learn, supports one another, and takes pride in showing up exceptionally well for every family.
Most childcare shifts are 6–8 hours long and take place in family homes throughout Dallas-Fort Worth and North Dallas communities.
Schedules may vary based on family needs, making this a great fit for caregivers who enjoy variety, meeting new families, and working with children of different ages. So we look for individuals who are flexible and able to adapt to different environments.
Full-time and part-time schedules are available. We work with caregivers to understand their regular weekly availability and match assignments accordingly.
Experience matters, but so does how you show up.
Our strongest caregivers are warm, calm, dependable, communicative, safety-conscious, and genuinely engaged with children. Families are trusting us with the people who matter most to them, and we take that responsibility seriously.
