• Prior experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, or related caregiving.
• Must pass background check.
• Must be located in or near Addison, Farmers Branch, Coppell, North Dallas TX areas.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing in-home childcare during scheduled pick-up shifts.
• Supervise children's safety and well-being at all times in the home environment.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities, play, and learning experiences.
• Assist with meals, snacks, and basic hygiene routines as needed.
• Communicate clearly with parents and guardians regarding the child's day.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized care environment.
• Follow family-specific routines, preferences, and care instructions.

• Provide attentive, nurturing in-home childcare during scheduled pick-up shifts
• Supervise children's safety and well-being at all times in the home environment
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities, play, and learning experiences
• Assist with meals, snacks, and basic hygiene routines as needed
• Communicate clearly and professionally with parents and guardians regarding the child's day
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized care environment
• Follow family-specific routines, preferences, and care instructions

Requirements:

• Prior experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, or a related caregiving role
• Reliable, punctual, and able to pick up shifts on a flexible schedule
• Strong communication skills and a warm, patient demeanor with children
• Must pass background check
• Must have CPR and First Aid certification
• Trustworthy, professional, and comfortable working independently in a home setting
• Must be located in or near Addison, Farmers Branch, Coppell, North Dallas TX areas
• Must have reliable transportation

About Shifts:

• Shifts are 6-8 Hours
• Shifts can start as early as 7 AM
• Shifts can be in the evenings occasionally but not overnight
