AMR in San Jose, CA is seeking a full-time Paramedic to deliver high-quality emergency medical care on 9-1-1 responses. You will lead scenes, coordinate unit operations, and work closely with healthcare partners to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications

• Paramedic license required and state certification records up-to-date.
• Valid driver’s license and ambulance operator credentials.
• CPR certification (AHA BLS or ARC) required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
• Candidate must pass agility test and have related healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead EMS scene and unit management as needed.
• Provide advanced medical care with equipment such as AED, monitor, and IV therapy.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide information and assurance.
• Drive ambulance on 9-1-1 responses and coordinate with healthcare teams.
• Participate in community programs to support AMR's image.
