Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13 in Rohrerstown, PA is seeking a Full-Time Paraeducator for Autistic Support. The position provides instructional support to teachers and students under the supervision of the Special Education Supervisor.
Schedule is 7.50 hours/day, Monday–Friday, 185 days per year. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, PA credential options for paraeducators, CPI/SCM or QBS certification as needed, and strong verbal communication with basic computer skills.

The ability to physically restrain students in emotional stress by using the Crisis Prevention Institute Training (CPI),SafeCrisisManagement(SCM)orQualityBehaviorSupports(QBS)method,dependingonprogramneed, for which training will be provided.
Mustbeabletocontextuallyrun/sprintafter/toanelopingchildandbeabletohelpalearneroffthefloorshould they drop to the floor under their own power.
