Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Oregon City is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend the right solutions while maintaining product standards and store presentation.

You will handle in-person and phone inquiries, process transactions accurately, stock and display products, and support deliveries as needed. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and per policy.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix products as needed.
• Support delivery activities as required.
