Description:

DGM is seeking motivated, self-starting team players who lead by example, eager to learn and grow with our expanding brand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Obtain release to pack from DG Specialist.
• Pull freight from racking, scan into packing area, and repack according to RTP.
• Verify RTP accuracy, report damages or leaks.
• Assist with measurements, quantities, and part numbers.
• Create box IDs, organize freight, and restock supplies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with receiving and equipment maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in packing, warehousing, or logistics.
• Willingness to relocate and work at different locations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Forklift experience (12k preferred).
• Knowledge of warehouse software (C2C), proficiency in MS Office.
• Hand tools experience, ability to read tape measure.
• Good communication, customer service skills, and attention to detail.
• Interest in Hazmat certifications.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Stand for long periods, bend, kneel, handle heavy objects.
• Work irregular hours, handle stress.
• Navigate warehouse, maintain cleanliness, report hazards.
