Job summary

Sandbox Logistics Inc., a FedEx Ground Independent Service Provider in Tupelo, MS, is seeking dependable Pickup & Delivery (P&D) drivers to join our team. You will deliver and pick up packages from local businesses and residences using company-provided FedEx-branded vehicles.

Responsibilities include safe operation, pre/post-trip inspections, route delivery/pickup, scanning, and customer interactions, while adhering to safety standards and service levels.

Qualifications

• Verifiable driving experience in box trucks/step vans as required.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass DOT physical, background check, and drug screening.
• Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs with or without team assistance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate FedEx Ground-branded vehicle (step van/box truck).
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily.
• Load, deliver, and pick up packages along designated routes.
• Scan and log packages using provided scanner.
• Interact professionally with customers while meeting service standards.
• Follow DOT, company, and terminal safety protocols.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs.
