Job summary

SANDBOX LOGISTICS INC is seeking Full-Time Pickup & Delivery Drivers to join our Tupelo team. As a driver, you will ensure the safe delivery and pick up of packages using company-provided vehicles while adhering to safety protocols.

The ideal candidate has experience driving delivery vehicles and a clean driving record. You will work Monday to Saturday with opportunities for growth into lead positions. Join our dynamic team and help deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 12 months of verifiable driving experience in the past 3 years.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening.

• Safely operate a FedEx Ground-branded delivery vehicle.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Interact professionally with customers during deliveries.

FedEx Ground Pickup & Delivery (P&D) Driver – Full-Time

Sandbox Logistics Inc., a FedEx Ground Independent Service Provider, is seeking dependable, safety‑first Pickup & Delivery (P&D) Drivers to join our Tupelo team. As a P&D Driver, you will deliver and pick up packages from local businesses and residences using company‑provided FedEx‑branded vehicles.

Position Responsibilities

• Safely operate a FedEx Ground‑branded delivery vehicle (step van, box truck, or similar)
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of assigned vehicle daily
• Load, deliver, and pick up packages along designated routes
• Scan and log all packages using a provided scanner
• Interact professionally with customers while ensuring all deliveries meet FedEx Ground’s service standards
• Follow DOT, company, and terminal safety protocols at all times
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance needs

Minimum Requirements

• 12 months of verifiable driving experience in the past 3 years OR 5 years in the past 10 years (box truck, step van, or similar vehicle)
• Valid Driver’s License (CDL NOT required)
• Must be 21 years or older
• Ability to pass DOT physical, background check, and drug screening
• Clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years)
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs with a dolly or team assistance
• Reliable, punctual, and customer service‑focused

Schedule

• Monday–Saturday (6‑day work week)
• Weekend availability required during peak seasons
• Start time: 7:30 AM until route completion
