Job summary

Sandbox Logistics Inc., a FedEx Ground Independent Service Provider, seeks a full-time Pickup & Delivery driver in Fort Stockton to deliver and pick up packages for local businesses and residences using company vehicles.

You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, scan packages, interact professionally with customers, and follow safety and DOT protocols, with weekend availability during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 12 months of verifiable driving experience in the past 3 years OR 5 years in the past 10 years (box truck, step van, or similar vehicle).
• Valid Driver’s License (CDL NOT required).
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to pass DOT physical, background check, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a FedEx Ground-branded delivery vehicle (step van, box truck, or similar).
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle daily.
• Load, deliver, and pick up packages along designated routes.
• Scan and log all packages using a provided scanner.
• Interact professionally with customers while ensuring all deliveries meet FedEx Ground’s service standards.
