Job summary

Sandbox Logistics Inc., a FedEx Ground Independent Service Provider, seeks dependable Pickup & Delivery drivers in Tupelo, MS. You will operate FedEx-branded vehicles, load and deliver packages, and log scans on routes.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, customer-friendly service, safety compliance, and routine maintenance reporting. Requires 21+, valid license (no CDL), and ability to pass DOT/background screenings; driver benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 12 months of verifiable driving experience in the past 3 years OR 5 years in the past 10 years.
• Valid Driver’s License (CDL NOT required).
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to pass DOT physical, background check, and drug screening.
• Clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs with a dolly or team assistance.
• Reliable, punctual, and customer service-focused.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a FedEx Ground-branded delivery vehicle (step van, box truck, or similar).
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle daily.
• Load, deliver, and pick up packages along designated routes.
• Scan and log all packages using a provided scanner.
• Interact professionally with customers while ensuring all deliveries meet service standards.
• Follow DOT, company, and terminal safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance needs.
