Responsibilities

• Prepare, present and serve food as needed.
• Perform prep work: wash, peel, cut and seed fruits/vegetables.
• Weigh and measure designated ingredients.
• Transport food safely between stations and refrigerators.
• Store food with proper dating, wrapping and rotation.
• Clean work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distribute supplies and utensils as needed.
• Follow recipes and production standards for quality and portions.
• Serve customers politely and resolve concerns with supervisor input.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, inventory and cash control compliance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
