Qualifications

• One year of clinical PT experience required.
• Massachusetts license required.
• Outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outpatient visits to clients in designated senior living communities.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements related to mobility and gait.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapy and gait training.
• Continually assess and revise the plan of care and participate in multidisciplinary care meetings.
• Educate clients and caregivers on therapy services to promote health and independence.
• Accurately document observations and interventions on a touchpad tablet.
