Job summary

GroundSystems is hiring Landscapers for their Dayton, OH team. As a Crew Member, you’ll perform mowing, edging, planting, and sod work for commercial clients, using power equipment safely. Training is provided, and year-round, full-time employment is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns.
• Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Laying sod and applying fertilizers.
• Pruning and maintaining perennial beds.
• Using landscaping tools and power equipment safely.
• Maintaining clean and safe job sites.
