Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with functional disorders to plan care.
• Deliver skilled, medically necessary treatments.
• Assist with standing, walking, lifting, transferring patients as needed.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including manual therapy, exercises, modalities.
• Provide counseling to patients and families and coordinate with other providers.
• Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries complying with regulatory requirements.
