Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc. is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) for a full-time position in Woodhaven, Michigan. You will work within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting to support residents in achieving daily living goals and functional independence.

You will provide supervised OT treatments, document progress, and collaborate with the care team to tailor interventions to each resident's needs, ensuring compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan OTA license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT treatments under supervision of a licensed OT.
• Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, and independence.
• Implement individualized treatment plans aligned with goals.
• Assist with activities of daily living training.
• Document progress and communicate with the OT.
• Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety.
• Collaborate with nursing and rehab staff.
