Job summary

Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting in Woodhaven, MI is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. The position offers collaborative care with a multidisciplinary group and the chance to make a meaningful difference in patients’ daily lives.

You will provide OT services under supervision, implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, and communicate with patients, families, and the care team to support positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current COTA certification.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Responsibilities
