Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our full-time team in Illinois. Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR where state requires it.
• Current OT license in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements
• Ensure physician orders are current and verified
