Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist to practice in the state.
• OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program.

• Current state license and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
