Job summary

Renewal Rehab in Illinois is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting. Compensation is $36.00–$43.00 per hour.

You will evaluate and treat patients, create personalized care plans, collaborate with the care team, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements. Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by the state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
