Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Current NBCOT certification as an OTR, if state requires.
• Current license to practice as an OT in the state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
