Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in Traverse City, Michigan. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional and cognitive impairments, create personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in the state of practice.
• NBCOT certification where required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Graduate from an AOTA-accredited OT program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
