Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility. The position is based in Michigan and offers a supportive environment with strong clinical education and career development.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by state.
• Current OT license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
