Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy curriculum.
• Active California OT license in good standing.
• Active BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations per physician orders and facility guidelines.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and goals to optimize function.
• Screen and identify individuals who may benefit from therapy.

• Maintain safety for patients and staff at all times.
