Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Odell, Illinois. Compensation ranges from $36.00 to $43.00 per hour.

You will evaluate and treat patients with functional and cognitive impairments, create personalized care plans, collaborate with the care team, maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements, and ensure current physician orders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT/OTR certification as required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.

Education

OT degree (BS/MS/MA/OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program

NBCOT designation (OTR)

Current OT license in state of practice
