Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of Nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Current FL RN license with BLS; CNOR preferred for OR nurses; ACLS required for PACU nurses.

Responsibilities

• Prepares the OR suite and greets patients, initiates hemodynamic monitoring.
• Evaluates and documents patient status; reports abnormalities to physician.
• Administers IV therapy and medications; documents blood administration per policy.
• Supports anesthesia with intake/output and blood product checks; ensures safety.
