Target Optical is seeking an Associate Optometrist (OD) to deliver high-quality eye and vision care and manage patients’ overall health. You will diagnose, treat, and manage visual conditions while collaborating with the store team and leadership to drive brand results.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills – verbal & listening.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the state of practice location.
• Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct all services per clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize technology to deliver excellent patient experiences.
• Collaborate with store/practice team and Field Leadership to maintain a safe, motivating environment.
• Maintain office quality systems.
• Maximize relationships through leadership and involvement.
• Provide training and guidance to team members with company programs.
• Exceed KPI and performance expectations.
• Enhance the brand as the leading optical provider in the community.

Licensed to practice Optometry
