Job summary

MAC.BID is seeking a Removal Floater to join the on-site team in Washington, PA. The role involves helping customers locate items, checking in and out bidders, and supporting the removal team to ensure smooth item pickup and excellent service.

As a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position, candidates should be able to lift up to 25 pounds alone (50 with team), follow policies, stay organized, and provide attentive customer care during all stages of the pickup process.

Qualifications

• On-site availability with variable shifts.
• Able to lift up to 25 lb alone, 50 lb with team.
• Must follow written directions and company policies.
• Must be highly organized.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to locate items.
• Scan customers in and out for item pick-ups.
• Assist in all stages of customer pick-up and service.
• Support removal team with duties as needed.
• Ensure exemplary service to bidders.
