Job summary

MAC.BID is seeking a Scanline Floater in Spartanburg/Cowpens, SC. This full-time hourly role supports the scan team by preparing and placing products, removing scanned items, and organizing stock according to auction and lot numbers.

The position reports to the Scan or Mobile Scan Team Lead and requires standing, walking, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs with team assistance. On-site work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• On-site Monday–Friday 8:00AM–4:30PM with an 8-hour shift and 30-minute lunch.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift.
• Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using scanning systems
• Must be able to stand and walk for hours
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Inspect inbound products for defects
• Categorize products as Like New, Open Box, or Damaged
• Test electronics at a basic level to assess condition
• Move products to the conveyor for scanning
• Remove scanned products from scanning area promptly
• Place products in bays according to auction and lot number
• Assist team to meet quantity and quality goals
• Sweep and remove trash from bays and scanning area
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
