A technology service provider is looking for a full-time Network Support Engineer in Pittsburgh, PA. This role involves troubleshooting and supporting networking and wireless solutions for clients while working within a team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of networking protocols and desktop/server OS, and an associate degree in a related field is preferred. Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of networking, Desktop and Server OS, wireless networking, and firewalls.
• Associate degree in telecommunications, technology or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot networking solutions.
• Handle customer support cases and resolve issues professionally.
• Develop and execute client-specific solutions.
• Create and update documentation for systems and configurations.
• Perform system wiring and terminations, as required.
