Thrive Communities is seeking a full-time, on-site housekeeping/maintenance associate to maintain grounds and common areas, ensuring a professional property appearance. You will vacuum, sweep, mop, and stock restrooms while coordinating with management on repairs and move-in readiness.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to operate on-site with a valid driver’s license and insurance, including occasional after-hours responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeper, porter, custodial, or groundskeeper experience preferred, but not required.
• Prior experience in a customer service or customer facing role.
• May require Driver's License and insurance to operate on site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and common areas to present a professional property.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Notify managers/maintenance of repairs, hazards, or low inventory items.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Inspect and help prepare units after move-out and before move-in.
• Strives to exceed residents’ expectations for excellent customer service.
• Contributes to a positive team culture and happy resident base.
• Assist maintenance team and supervisors as needed.
