Canteen is hiring a full-time Moving Coordinator at our Tampa, FL location. The role coordinates move activities for office assets across multiple locations, logs move requests, and drives a truck to meet scheduled move needs. No previous experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.

You will use hand and power tools, assist with loading/unloading, and coordinate with vendors and the move team. This position offers full-time hours with strong benefits through Compass Group and

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and PDF tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds and push/pull 100 pounds.
• Ability to read architectural floor plans or drawings.
• Ability to ascend/descend, walk, stand and reach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates move activities for office assets across locations.
• Logs new move requests in the move tracking spreadsheet.
• Coordinates and conducts minor moves of boxes, furniture and files.
• Coordinates move timing with the requestor.
• Assesses furniture for relocation to storage or waste stream.
• Maintains warehouse organization and materials flow.
• Creates work orders and consolidates tasks with requester.
• Installs/removes items; uses hand/power tools for moves.
• Drives a truck to meet scheduled move needs and loads/unloads.
