Premier Care Center in Palm Springs, CA is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. The OTA will conduct screenings, develop care plans, and deliver rehabilitative interventions in a supportive environment with leadership emphasis.

Pay ranges from $40 to $53 per hour based on experience. Qualifications include OTA licensure and openness to all experience levels. This role requires standing, walking, and potential lifting as part of daily patient care.

Responsibilities

• Screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Assist with lifting, transfers, and repositioning of patients as needed.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.
