Job summary

Serenity-Therapy-Solutions-LL in Lafayette Township, NJ is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team. The OT will assess patients, develop care plans, and deliver skilled therapy to help patients reach functional goals.

Candidates must hold a New Jersey OT license and be a graduate of an accredited OT program; SNF experience preferred. New grads welcome. We offer benefits, PTO, 401(k), and a stable schedule.

Qualifications

• NJ OT license required
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• New graduates welcome to apply; SNF experience preferred
• Familiarity with Rehab Optima or similar EMR is a plus

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled OT services to help patients reach functional goals
• Supervise and support OTAs with guidance and progress review
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and progress
• Ensure safe and effective treatment practices and adjust interventions as needed
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and HIPAA regulations
