Position Summary

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to help patients achieve functional goals
• Supervise and support Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs), including guidance and progress reviewMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and progress
• Ensure safe and effective treatment practices, adjusting interventions as needed
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and HIPAA regulations

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey Occupational Therapist license
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred
• Familiarity with Rehab Optima (or similar EMR) is a plus
