Job summary

Relient Health is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Mendham, NJ. The OT will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver interventions in a collaborative, supportive environment.

New grads welcome and a comprehensive benefits package is included. Schedule is Monday–Friday with direct hire/permanent placement. Comp range is competitive based on experience and locale.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current NJ license (or eligibility).
• Passionate about improving patient quality of life.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.
