Stillwater Post-Acute in El Cajon, CA is seeking an Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence across physical, mental, and emotional disabilities. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and deliver hands-on therapy to improve function.

This full-time position offers a pay range of $52–$60 per hour, commensurate with experience, and opportunities to participate in rehabilitation programs across short-term and long-term care.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist is required.
• Experience working with patients with physical, mental, and emotional disabilities is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Mansioni

• Conduct patient evaluations to determine physical, mental, and emotional needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy to improve range of motion, strength, and coordination.
• Educate patients and families on daily living tasks and safety.
