Kendal at Lexington, a continuing care retirement community in Lexington, VA, is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join the therapy team. The OT will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and contribute to discharge planning under physician supervision.

Candidates should hold an OT degree (Bachelors/Master’s/Doctorate), possess an active state license, and demonstrate strong organizational, time-management and communication skills, with familiarity of policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures
