Job summary

CommuniCare Rehab, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, has a full-time Occupational Therapist position at Sellersburg Healthcare Center, IN. The OT will assess residents, develop and implement therapy plans, and collaborate with an in-house rehab team.

Responsibilities include supervising COTAs, leading interdisciplinary meetings, and delivering care across multiple locations to meet diverse resident needs.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's, Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an Accredited Program.
• Hold a valid or pending State Occupational Therapy License.

Responsibilities

• Perform residents' OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement treatment plans through direct treatment and education of staff involved in the plan.
• Provide supervision for COTAs.
• Attend and lead interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings and recommendations to rehab team and families.
