Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy from an Accredited Program.
• Hold a valid or pending State Occupational Therapy License.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient’s occupational needs evaluation under physician order and develop a treatment plan.
• Implement treatment plan through direct treatment and education of staff and therapy team.
• Provide supervision for COTAs and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to share findings.
