Job summary

Developmental Therapy Associates (DTA) is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for our Raleigh location. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive clinic, serving children and families across clinic, school, and community settings.

Licensed OT in NC with strong communication and time-management skills is required. Flexible schedule with room for growth, and a bonus structure on top of base salary.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in North Carolina.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with children and families.
• Team-oriented, positive, and proactive.
• Organized with strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules with the front desk to support efficient and balanced caseloads.
• Evaluate new patients and treat existing patients per individualized plans.
• Collaborate with families to support carryover and progress; discharge when goals are met.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation per guidelines.
• Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team across clinic, school, teletherapy, etc.
• Participate in staff meetings and general clinic support during downtime.
• Engage in community and marketing events occasionally.
• Provide services across settings as needed (clinic, teletherapy, schools, daycares).

(Consistent attendance is important; flexibility for time off can be planned in advance)
