Developmental Therapy Associates (DTA) is seeking a Part Time Contract Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Winston-Salem, NC. This flexible opportunity supports clinicians who want to supplement another position while making a meaningful impact.

You’ll evaluate and treat pediatric patients, collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team, and document progress in a supportive clinic setting that values evidence-based practices and family-centered care.

Qualifications

  • Licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist or SLPA in North Carolina, or eligible for NC licensure.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with front desk to balance caseloads.
  • Evaluate new patients and treat existing patients per individualized plans.
  • Collaborate with families to support carryover and progress.
  • Discharge patients when goals are met.
  • Maintain timely documentation per guidelines.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team across settings.
  • Provide services across clinic, teletherapy, schools and daycares as needed.
  • Participate in staff meetings and team collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with pediatric clients in outpatient, school, early intervention, daycare, or teletherapy settings
  • Experience treating speech, language, feeding, fluency, articulation, or AAC needs

  • Assist with general clinic support (organizing, materials, etc.) during downtime
